Refund Policy

At Luna Luz Candles and Wax Melts, we handcraft each product with care and love. Because our items are made-to-order and involve fragrance-based products, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction is very important to us.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged product and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will review your request and either replace the item or issue a store credit at our discretion.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at cathy@lunaluzcandles.com. We will work with the carrier to help resolve the issue, though we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Candles (used or unused)
  • Wax Melts
  • Wax Melters
  • Incense, Incense Cones
  • Sale or promotional items
