All orders are processed within 2โ€“4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Youโ€™ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may be slightly delayed during high-volume periods, such as holidays or new product launches.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including PO Boxes. International shipping is not available at this time.

๐Ÿ•ฏ Fragile Item Notice

All candles and wax melts are carefully packed to minimize breakage. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will work with you to make it right.

โŒ Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

โœ‰๏ธ Order Tracking

Once your order ships, youโ€™ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at cathy@lunaluzcandles.com and we will investigate with the carrier. Luna Luz is not responsible for carrier delays, but we will do our best to assist.
